I have taken AMC for water purifier model Ultimate zero B .Paid Rs 9000/- for AMC for two year, even discussed many time with call centre,sale head service engineer no body reported to look after break down. every body is promising to forward complaint to concern but till date no one reported. Three visit per year was mentioned during AMC but people are not reporting after so many follow up

The is no alternative of water , I have to buy water every day for cooking as well for drinking . every day discussing with customer cate on STD is waste of money. I am so fed up with service from last six month .lot of mental harrashment due to poor response
