Zopo 980 16 GB phone – defective piece and manufacturing defect

I bought Zopo 980 16 GB phone way back in May 2013. Phone got delivered about a month i.e in June 2013. Since the time I got the phone, I had issues with network reception and since august 2013 I am not able to use phone to make calls. I have been promised by Zopo that they replace the phone for me as it comes with 1/3 months replacement warranty and I have been waiting for more than a month on some pretext or the other and finally he was asked to send the defective piece, when i received the phone after repairs but to the utter shock and surprise the mobile’s vibration mode was not working which was functional previously. In addition to this, one battery was also missing from that package. It is pertinent to mention that the entire package was sent to them along with all accessories because I wasn’t told clearly by Zopo whether they would repair or replace. On contacting Zopo, they have denied the claim and have not resolved the grievance till date.

I want zopo to address both issues mentioned below. I am not in a position to spend money on courier again
