The complaint is not regarding Umi Mobile but it is of “Zopo Mobiles Private Limited” beacuse the list didnot contain the name of the company which I am speaking about. Please clarify this thing first but the company which i have listed belongs to the same director only!!!! The company is also not responding to my queries. The case is not with me but also with many other victims. I hope the complaint is sorted out quickly as early as possible.
I would like to emphasize that: • The company’s service has been utterly negligent and inadequate. • I have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of their unprofessional conduct. Given the above sequence of events, I request them to kindly refund the amount of Rs. 23300/- at the earliest. Moreover, I request also to compensate me with an amount of Rs. 15,000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony that they have caused to me.
