sir i purchase a product form zovi.com, but product is not good & i return back to zovi .com on his address.. i send this product on 12/12/2013 vide registred parcel acckonlw. no.:-cp109336438in . and this is delivered on zovi 24/12/2013. but they not give me my refund amount 699/- till today. they said to me your product can not receive us. when i complaint to india post for this packet . they call me this product is delivered to zovi .com on 24/12/2013 . help me in this case kindly refund my rupees.. pleases..
