Dear Sir, i have booked one 16gb pendrive on Zoffi.com online shop , but till now i ddnt get the product from their end and i called them several time for getting the status of my product , but unfortunately they are telling some issues happend from their end etc…, then to day i asked for refund then they are telling it will take too many days …Sir, pls help me to getting the refund .

i want cancel my order and get the refund from them before 7th may
