Zovi – Deliver wrong product reverse pick up delay

hi I had order Zovi Brown Sandals(Size-7) on 10th may 2015 through paytm wallet,18th may i received it but the sandal i had order its not that.. So I inform them(paytm) each and everything but,Every time its end up with a reply that “heve some patience we are managing reverse pick up for that product” still now one came for reverse pick up.. now one month over..but nothing

i want my wallet money back.& they should take back the product they send.
