My complaint is that i purchased a Zync tab 999 from infibeam.com.(ONLINE) ORDER ID:9387256 PURCHASE DATE: 19 sept 2012 price: 9990 TIN NO: 07090368295 The problem is that it is not working well and troubling from the very first day when i received it. Moreover i have also complained for that and i sent this product for repairing but despite of that they returned it to me without repairing i.e. i got this product in the same condition as it was at the very first day when i received it. PROBLEMS: PROBLEM 1: Any GSM (2G as well as 3G) Sim networks are not staying. PROBLEM 2: Malfunctioning during full charge while connected to the charger PROBLEM 3: Malfunctioning when connected to the data cable (while tab is full charged) PROBLEM 4: Unable to search network via modem and connection as well and there are so many such other problems as well Please help me
Zync service centre returned it to me without any repairing i.e. in the same condition as i received at very first day.
I want to return this product is my first preferences otherwise change this product with some other product. Because i don’t trust this company i want my money back of rupees of 9990 .
