Zync Mobile – Display Brightness problem service Centre poor service

I bought Zync Cloud Z5 Dual core mobile phone from the company in Feb 2013, the handset has warranty of 12 months, my handset developed Display Brightness problem on 2nd Dec 2013 for which it was deposited in the service Centre on the same day in Gurgaon, the service Centre issued the complaint number and sent the phone to Zync global limited for the repair.I have spoken to the company several times but they always give me a time frame of 7 days, i have not received my cellphone till today dated 15/01/2014, according to the company policy the TAT for the repair is 15 days as mentioned on the warranty manual, i am helpless now since no one from the company is responding properly and there is no concrete answer provided by them on the date that i will receive my handset on.

i Want the phone should be sent to me in good acceptable condition after the quality check and if they don’t have the spare parts of the phone then they should ship me a new phone of the same modal.The warrant should be extended by 1 more month as they have already wasted that time on repairing my phone.
