Zync tablet – poor customer service centre

I bought two Zync tablet s/n GWZY 909 PLUS 61201126 and s/n GWZY 909 PLUS 61200258 on 2012 july in warranty period it become out of working. then i sent to service on 25-05-2013 i did’nt get the serviced product till today There is no response from the company and service center

several times i contact the company and service center. I didnt get any response

i did not satisfy about that product hence please return back price of the tablet and the other expenses or replace new tablets. please help me as soon as possible
