I had recently purchased Zync1000 Tablet. There were few defects in the tablet with it’s speaker and sim slot for which I had submitted the same to their service center at Pune on 22nd June, 2013 under warranty period. As Pune center was unable to repair the same, they sent it to Zync’s GGN office very same week, but now its more than a month’s time and still I am yet to even have confirmation from GGN office that my tablet got repaired. My kid everyday is asking for the status of his tablet and I am clueless. There is no nodal officer, where I can escalate the issue. My workorder number is: RVSRN1306SSA00108. Regards,
