Sometine back I had received email for join lucky draw contest by depositing Rs 699/- and get chance to win Samsung Galaxy Note. If not selected the deposit amount would be converted on credit points against i can purchase product online from 100 bestbuy.com. On 23rd Sept. 2013 and had order some products amounting to Rs 887 approx and assumed that I have to only diff amount of Rs. 188/- approx. but system only allowed credit of Rs. 100 and was prompted to make balance payment of Rs 787/- online. Till date I have not received the product nor any communication from the company.

I feel others should be made aware of this Malpractice. And action should be taken. I should receive my ordered product and money back.
