I was purchased the new mobile phone xolo B700 from lava international ltd on may 2013,due to some problem rised in mobile phone, so i was send the mobile to lava international ltd on dated 8th oct. 2013 for servicing via fedex curiar service, docet no- 802626486980. as per discus with xolo customer care exicative,she told me you can received your mobile with 5 day with repearing.after 5 day i called to xolo customer care for status, he repyed, vhery soon you recived your phone, same i tried to customer care 5 to 7 time on till, but he not given satisfactory anser and also not get my mobile after 15 days.
