Hi Everyone, I have placed an online order with www.100bestbuy.com for two jeans(brand: lee and levias)on 3rd December for the amount of 2156.00, my balance got deducted from my axis bank account at the time of placing the order. I was told that the order will be delivered to me before 13 December. Now it has been almost a month and my order is still not dispatched from them. Now they are saying if you wish to cancel the order we will refund you in the mode of our credit point.However, I need the balance to be credited in my account because I do not wish to shop anymore with them. I have also spent more than 1000 bucks in calling them as they have not given any toll free no. Whenever I call them they are lying to me that we have cancel your order and you will receive the mail in half an hour stating that your order has been canceled which I have been listening from last 15 days and still not received any email. On the tracking status they have given the reference no 27955134 and tracking no of India on time:70016228542, the status is same from last 15 days. As whenever I have called them they were lying that my order will be canceled and I will receiving the mail in half an hour stating that your order is cancel & refund will be credited in your account. I want 2156.00 rs which I have paid them. I also want the cash back which I have spent to call them because whenever I have called them they put me on hold for more than 10 minute and I can guarantee I have called them more than 100 time.
