Dear Team, This is a complaint against Y-Axis Overseas Careers Chennai.Myself and my wife had approached them for assistance for PR for Canada.After our meeting with Mrs.Vasantha Jaganathan – Branch Manager we were instructed to pay 2 lakhs for both of us and have to pay 61000Rs. upfront which i made immediately.But after which it has been 2 years and have not arrived anywhere. After our payment they instructed my wife to take up IELTS which she did but there were no calls from them after that.Once in a way mails would come asking us to do certain things which were not informed when we approached them initially.

The maximum is required since my wife was during her maternity and went through a lot of trauma when i asked for refund they have denied nil refund.
