Dear Sir, I have placed two order of shirts on 17th April 2014 instead of one order so please make it one order please. My account debited to Rs. 2189 (for two orders) so please make it one order. Please note that I have tried to call your office seven to eight times yesterday, but nobody is providing me positive response whether they are processing my order. Also I tried to call today morning, still the same response. I have already received the refund for one shirt, but the order for one shirt is still pending. Please advise the status when you will be despatching one shirt? Hope to receive your response today itself with definite answers.
