100bestbuy.com through reference nos 29799481 and 29801049 on 08 Apr 2014. i immediately cancelled the order because they are charging shipment charges, when i heard the same i called their customer care and requested to cancel the orders even i mailed to their website to cancel the same. from that day i called their customer care 100 of times, i mailed more than 30 times, but they are not refunding the same. on 21 Aug 2014 they again sent me trouser i requested to please arrange return pick up delivery but they are not arranging the same.
