Snapdeal – Defective product sold no response

I received the product which was seen broken on opening the pack. I called and mailed snapdeal several times but even though they said reverse pickup was arranged nobody came to pickup the defective product. Now 7 days past its arrival snapdeal isn’t even replying to my mails. Now I am stuck with this broken product.

I had to go to such harassment by calling and mailing snapdeal each time without any betterment.
