I did shopping online & got call from 100bestbuy.com that by paying Rs. 14,000/- i will get credit point worth Rs. 13,999/- but they didn’t mention over the phone that credit points will be deducted in terms of discount only & not against product value. now when if i want to buy anything online it deducts some discount only on product value which are generally costlier than market rate.

I want that i want to use credit points against product value only & not in terms of discount as such. i.e. if i want to purchase a product of rs. 10.000/- it will allow me to purchase against my credit points (10,000 points) without paying anything further from their website (online shopping)
