Snapdeal tracking id: 2789329657 Blue dart waybill no: 57979929781, 57979924435 I have ordered 2 matresses from snapdeal on 08 Sep 2014(Order No.: 2789329657). They both got dispacted by 11th and both reached to Bangalore by 14th Sep 2014. The expected date of delivery on Bluedart for these items was 16th(which was mentioned on their tracking page). Even after almost 1 week of the expected delivery date, I haven’t received the item. Whenever I call those guys they say it will be delivered by tomorrow and there is some problem in finding home and things like that. Always making some or the other excuse. I was even told that we are not able to find my items(which is actually a 6×3 feet mattress). I raised the complaint to them on Wednesday regarding the delay and I am calling each day multiple times. The only response I get is, it will be delivered by tomorrow. Today when I called in the morning, I again got the same response.

I want my product to be delivered asap with blue dart giving me compensation on behalf of the trouble caused. I even raised a complaint on 17 Sep 2014 to blue dart which is still open(use waybill no to get it).
