I ordered Adidas shoe worth Rs. 1515 on 5th July (Order id 11412866) and received it on 8july, i had a problem with that and they told me to send it back, i sent same day and they received it on 10 july. but they didn’t sent me replacement for one month, and after that they said they are giving me some credit points in my account as a refund, to use the points of rs. 1515 i need to buy multiple products and the points will be used as a partial payment (ie. for 1000 rs product i need to pay 700 rs and 300 credit points) i need to spend much more money to redeam the points. it is simple cheating if i paid money they should return it back if they can’t send me product i ordered. i want my money back and don’t want to shop from them. also they are cheating a lot of people you can search internet and can find a lot of people cheated by them.

i want my money back rs. 1515 + 200. and want you to stop them cheating innocent people.
