Sir/Madam, i anuj gupta had purchased a multiple beauty services card of one beauty parlour through some door to door selling agent; my card no.294 details of beauty saloon are: name- THE ROYAL ENRICH Address: 11, 1st floor, dayanand vihar, delhi 110092 phn no. 011-43632526, 7838874628 they are providing around 15 coupons of various beauty sevices AND IT IS EXPRESSELY WRITTEN ON THE CARD THAT SERVICES ARE INTERCHANGABLE and THE SALES MAN WHO CAME ALSO SAID THAT YOU CAN TAKE ANY SERVICES WHIC H ARE PRESCRIBED IN THE CARD. On 14th august 2013 my mother visited there to avail service but they denied us to do the services by saying that u cannot interchange them.i said them to show any agreement or terms and condition in written but they dont have anything in written. even some other freinds and relatives of mine who puchased the same card have many complaints against the said premises. kindly take the strict action against the above mentioned parlour as soon as possible.
