AC – unit under warranty problem

This refer to my complaint No.13071986380740 dated 17thJuly2013 with Onida regarding non functioning of my AC unit. I have registered my complaint with ; 1)Customer Care 2) Service Center Onida/adonis -Karnal 3) Service Head AC-Haryana & further to Mr Prabhakaran to whom the Haryana service head reports. Even after one month – – for no fault of the customer -We are made to suffer by the company. You’ll agree that an AC unit is most required in this period – But the Company’s delay and negation of warranty has lead to this bitter pill of suffering without AC. The warranty on compressor from the company is for sixty months and I have an additional warranty of one year.We bought this AC unit on 19.06.2008 from Onida authorised dealer M/s Puri Traders vide Bill No.6792.Additional warranty document no is WAMAC08 serial no0 159699. Kindly confirm in case you need any further documents/details to bring such people to realize the importance of ethical practices / consumer rights. Kindly take an early action to resolve the issue. Company should replace the compressor which their service engineer have checked “as dead” AT THE EARLIEST and If possible some penal action on the service heads who have denied the genuine warranty.
