100bestbuy.com – Product not received – Review

I have ordered sandisk 4 GB pendrive and chevron assorted formal shirt on 20 th dec 2014 through www.100bestbuy.com, for this I have paid RS.698/- And order was placed on 21 st dec 2014. Still i have not received my product. As i have called customer care executive more than 3 times. They promised me that it will be received 04 th of Jan 2015. but still no update from their side. When i log on in their site, order is still under process. Even i tried to cancel my order but no use. but they didn’t give an option to cancel. No one is responding when i call to customer care executive. even now they are not pick up the call. If I send a mail also they are sending auto reply only. I don’t think they will delivery the ordered product.

I would like cancel this order. and I need my money back me as soon as possible. Kindly take necessary action please.
