Complaint Title : Issue with the product and return Complaint Detail : hi, I had an email from 100 best buy.com and I was asked to buy a promotional product from them against that there is an offer to win sony mobile. The offer was not to pay anything against the product but i was asked to pay INR 999 and they send me a VOX mp3. When I received the product I came to that thought I win or lose the offer, mp3 player is not worth INR 999. When I opened the packing I found that one of the pieces was opened. So, I called them immediately for product return. I had read all the policies for return. I and 100bestbuy.com agreed for the returning of the product and they told me to wait for 4-5 days for the pickup. From last month onward I am calling them, sending them mail and asking them to arrange the pickup and return the money. I am calling them for return and even sending those mails. At the beginning the people from 100bestbuy.com are saying that in next 4 days the pickup will be done, then saying that in next 10 days…. and onward…. Every two days I am calling them and every time this people are telling me to wait for pickup for next 4 days. Again I call them again the same reply. I already talked to Pooja (the worst girl, during the call she always hangs the call, misbehaving, badly talking) i complaint against her, but till the date she is the same. Then i talk to 2-3 more people, finally in last week I had a talk with Rajesh Chauhan who told me that my case is forwarded to the senior and next 2 days they will solve it. The seniors will call me. But there is no response, no calls, no mails, no talks, just ignorance and just waiting, waiting and waiting. Today 2 Aug 2014 i gave a call again to 100bestbuy.com and i had talk with Pooja, i told her that connect me to senior i will like to talk to them. Every time she is telling the same, that seniors are all busy with meetings for all the time, they are busy and can’t attend the customer or their queries. Today also she gave me the same reason so i told her that every time I have to call and wait for the returns. What should I do, and she hanged up on me…. Then a senior named Avinash is calling and telling me that right now they done€™t have pickup available. And telling me that the return policies are changed. Now the twist and turns are their executives are telling me the pick up is available and will arrange in next coming days, and when senior comes to the matter, he is telling me that there is no such return policy. Now, I have already paid 999 for this product. They have my money and when i am asking to return back they are showing faces and hands. I would have not returned the product if the product was worth INR 999. But the product is not that worth, its again a cheap product. Now I want to complaint for this company 100bestbuy.com and including their three people pooja, rajesh chauhan and avinash for fooling and playing around since last month.
I want my money back, no replacement and not ready to spend a single amount for / after this company and collect the product
