i had given my documents such as ID proof and photo for the re-submission of my sim card and also i need micro sim card with the same number. for that they gave me new micro sim and told that my original sim will deactivate within 4 days and new micro sim will be activated at the same time. but its almost more than one week by today till now nothing happened. and what happened is my both sim has been deactivated.and when i contacted main idea customer care they told me that my number is now not a registered number, so i have to contact the customer service centre from where i gave my documents. whenever i tried to contact them they are just ignoring me and telling other dates.they are not at all treating me as a customer.

need my number to be reactivated with all the offers i had and also i need compensation from savio enterprise for not treating me as a customer and made me waiting this long
