Whirlpool Refrigerator Damaged Door- Poor Customer Service

a) Dt: 12.08.2014

With regard to the below, Whirlpool service persons 1st visited on 12.08.2014 with replacement of new door for the below complaint.

Sir, we had requested for ‘ NEW DOOR ‘ & not ‘ SCRAP DOOR ‘ from the Scrap Dealer !!! We are your Customers & not Scrap Vendors !!

We had already complained below on 16.08.2014, that your person got ‘ New Door ( bar code serial no: A222618E2122102129- FC 2 SLIKE I BUG ) ‘ on 12.08.2014 , was found to be Used, Damaged, Different colour & Scratches on door etc … & for the same we had immediately rejected it in writing on your Service Jobsheet ( attached in this email ) with Red remark !!

We have clicked the pictures & emailed to you in this email ( a to c ) . Thereafter we received your below email on 16.08.2014 from Ms. Ragini.

b) DT: 23.08.2014

On 23.08.2014, We welcomed your service persons, expecting that they might have finally bought new door.

Sir, What you think ? Are we Customers so fool enough to take you lightly ?? Who has given you right to take us for Ride ???

Please see the pictures attached from ( e to h ), when they arrived & unwrapped the package of new Refrigerator Door, again the Door was found to be Damage & Scratches on it !!!

Also please see clearly, the bar code serial no is same as that of previous one which they got on 12.08.2014 ( as aforesaid ). Ironically, on that day your service persons didn’t even get along with them ‘ Service Jobsheet.

Inspite of making several request to please handover us the Service Jobsheet so that we can again complaint in writing , they denied giving us. No other way to find, we clicked the pictures of those service persons who came on 23.08.2014. ( attached their photos in this email )

Dear sir / madame, may we know that are you trying to solve or create more problem ??

Please try to understand, our festivals have started, due to your Defective Refrigerator we are enforced ourselves to not Invite Guests in our house & also affecting health to myself and my family, as not being able to get healthy & nutritious refrigerated food.

Please be noted that I am a 75 year old Heart Patient ( Bypass surgery ) I am not permitted to consume any outside food and if any event happens to me & family due to non availability of healthy & nutritious refrigerated food in my house because of your Defective Refrigerator, then you & your company will be solely liable for it & you will have to bear all the expenses & consequences arising to it .

This email is also forwarded to my Family Doctor & Lawyer.

AWAITING YOUR EARLIEST REPLY WITH FINAL SOLUTION.
