Aircel first deducted my balance citing reason as dialer tune activated which I never chose. First they deducted 30 rupees and thereafter 15 rupees. Then when I complained in a different forum they called me saying it happened accidentally. But they were not willing to refund to my mobile balance but to my bank account, that too only selected banks, for which they wanted thousand of details to frustrate me and give up. Even after I gave bank details they were not able to refund. They are trying to fool people and they are cheating. Strict action is needed. My Aircel No. is 8946854500

Today morning I’ve a downloaded a mp3 song.It displayed for 16 minutes and it loaded for the same minutes.In the last 5 seconds,it blinks and displays 5,4,3 and then it displays download failed.But they have charged 9.35MB for without downloading any.No one tell me any in this regard in your customer care.Please clarify me.
