Sir, The site claimed to give Samsung Galaxy Grand Phone in a contest for a payment of Rs. 699. I paid the amount and after that they gave me a call that I am in top 12 list and I have to pay Rs. 6999 to remain in contest. Top 10 will get the phone and hence probability is high. And if i do not win the lucky draw this amount Rs 699+ Rs 6999 = Rs. 7698 will be there in my account as Credit points. 1 Credit point = 1 Rs. Sir, I made the payment and 06/04/2013 and no lucky draw happens. Never the result was announced. Customer care says that only winners get the confirmation and mail regarding the contest. Than I tried to purchase products with credit points in my account. I bought one Phillips Hair dryer for Rs 830. + Rs 120 as delivery charge = Rs. 950 Total. On receipt of product i realize that MRP was only Rs 725 for that product and they gave me a bill of Only Rs. 475. Kindly stop this website from looting customers money.

Kindly help me getting my balance Rs. 6748 back from the online shopping fraud site. And to give me proper bill for the product I have already purchased
