My Airtel Mobile number is 9005523651, i have recharge a 36 rupees sms pack on 1st of june 2013, According to airtel rule & regulation i am eligible for 480 sms till one month, but after using this facility there are amount deducted from my main balance, which is not good at all. i have already complaint regarding this because it has occured with me earlier, complaint no. is CWRCH30516251578. regarding this i have talk to your customer helpline number 9935199351, but i did not get any positive response.

Kindly do the positive remedies for my query otherwise this is for sure that i am going to launch a file in TRAI and consumer forum.
