I ordered a set of 5 polo t-shirts 100bestbuy on 27 sep, 2014 making payment of Rs. 699 through my ICICI Debit card.i was provided with an order number 15540637 through an online confirmation ( which I still possess in my mailbox ) . I called them after about ten days and got the information that my order will be delivered the next Monday. But it didn’t . I mailed them on 15 oct but got no reply. I called them on 28 oct and was told that the order had been dispatched and delivered. On my telling them that I haven’t received the order, they gave me a complaint number 32460574. The lady on phone told me that they will soon contact me regarding this but nobody called. Today , that is on 4 nov when I called them and told them my complaint num , they asked me to give the mobile number (probably they don’t have any record of the complaint number). On giving the mobile number, the lady gave me a shocking reply. She told me that the order has not been dispatched yet since it is out of stock and will take time to be dispatched. This was completely opposite of the answer I got in the previous call. When I told her that I shall contact the consumer court, she shamelessly and fearlessly asked me to do so . Now I have started doubting the credibility of this company – whether it really exists or not ! It’s surprising that they are constantly advertising without being checked by the consumer cell ! Kindly help me in getting back my Rs. 699 and helping the other innocent consumers who might fall in their trap !

I want my Rs 699 back . I also request you to keep a check on this site so that they are not able to trap other innocent customers.
