100bestbuy – faulty product sold

i ordered 2 jeans. i paid cash on delivery. i returned tge product on 10-10-2013 due to fault. not received the product or money back till many months. they don’t respond to mail or call. have spent 200 on courier and 600 on phones…they never respond..
i suffered the money loss and as well as got mentally disturbed due to their fraud made to me…they are totally cheat…please help..
i want my money back with courier expenses and harassment that i made calls to them worth 600 and got no response…
