100bestbuy – i recieved defected product Money not refunded

My order number 26960653, i ordered an aeropostale tshirt which i received defected on 30-10-2013, i mailed them about the details of the product being oversized and defected, to which mail i received a reply on 8-11-2013 after mailing them again, and after that it took them one month to provide me the credit points into my account , and after that when i tried to use those credit points i couldn’t use them, and i rang them up to ask about it , there was no sort of reply from them, kept on calling them again and again, later i was told that i couldn’t use all the credits at once, that means i have to divide the credits to do more shopping …!! and now i am not receiving any reply from them regarding this problem.

the website is fraud , i want my money back, i dont want to have any transactions with these frauds.I want my money back.
