Fiat India – Customer Harassment & Poor service

Customer Harassment & Poor service by Fiat India (Fiat Group Auto mobiles India Pvt.Ltd) – I own car “Fiat Grande Punto” of company Fiat India. My vehicle has been having “low pick up” and high engine noise problem since last 1.5 yrs. Despite “several” visits to Fiat dealerships, the “low pick up” & engine problem is not solved since last 1 year by Fiat. The Vehicle is under warranty (extended warranty. After several repeated requests for a quick resolution, I am not receiving proper solution from Fiat service team for the engine queries raised. In last 1 year Fiat India has replaced below parts of my car, however, the low pick issue/engine problem issue is still not solved – 1) Engine Timing Chain kit(4 times) 2) Clutch 3) Water pump 4) Engine Camshaft. However, problem is not solved & there is technical fault/product defect in the Fiat Grande Punto car sold to me .
