Hi, I’m writing with regards to my complaint for IRCTC. I had booked tickets for my parents vide PNR #2253643942. PNR No 2253643942 Train No 14212 Train Name INTERCITY EXP From : FDB To : RKM Date : 15-12-2013 Class : 1A My parents couldn’t travel as the train was running late more than 3 hours. I had filed a TDR request 0812271421, however it came to me as a surprise when only a partial refund was provided. As per the rules ; a full refund should be provided incase the train is running late more than 3 hrs. I had to spend more than double the amount for arranging the alternate transportation. I have tried to send at least 10 emails to the tdr team : tdrprocess@irctc.co.in but haven’t yet received a response. Request you to kindly raise this issue with IRCTC and provide me a clarification on why was only a partial refund provided when as per the rules it should have been a full refund. Also please let them issue the remaining amount to the same mode of payment used , while booking. Thanks, Ashish +919867304xxx
