I have booked a KAIN FORMAL BLACK SHOES(KN-DSCF-2006)for Rs.659/=with ref.no.2787302 on 02/12/2013.I have received a product on 06/12/2013 and paid Rs.669/=as cash on delivery to FIRST FLIGHT courier.But I have received a wrong product of OUT RANGER SHOES.I contacted the customer care executive and as per their direction i have returned this product on 07/12/2013 through FIRST FLIGHT courier by paying Rs.280/=as courier charges.But till today I have not received my correct product neither refund in my Bank A/C.In another case on 1st Dec.2013 I had purchased KAIN FORMAL BROWN SHOES(15967)for Rs.718/=and RADIKAL SHOES L-114 (350488)for Rs.499/=+Rs.100/=shipping charges totaling Rs.1317/=and made payment online through my Debit card.they give me ref.no.28020977 but since then they have not bothered to send my product neither they refund my hard earned money.When I call them no body respond properly.I9 have lost my hard earned money of Rs.(769+280+1317+700 for call charges)=Rs.3066/=.Is there no one to check these thing.Please help me and see that these people send my product OR refund my hard earned money in my BANK A/C. THANKING YOU
