Dear Sir, I had ordered Zebronics Sigma 2 MP3 Player on 11.01.2014. Confirmation mail received from 100 Best Buy is also attached for your reference. On 15th when I called up their customer care executive, he informed me that the item has been delivered through First Flight courier on 13th vide doc. No. F99100085460. On contacting First Flight courier a few days later, I was informed that no such document no. exists in their records. Since then I might have called up their customer care executives at least 15 times & each time they tell me that they will enquire into the matter & let me know soon. That time has still not come. I still have a credit balance of Rs.7000/- odd in 100 Best Buy Account & if this is the way Business is going to be performed, I would like to get my Cash Back immediately & never do any transaction with 100 Best Buy.
I want my Rs.7000/- odd amount held by them which they had taken from me at the start giving me a tab which they said was free of cost since the amount I am paying will be used as credit points for my future purchases from them. But since then, what ever I have tried to buy, it has never reached me.
