I HAVE PURCHASE 2 SHIRT, 2 PANTS, & 1 SAREE from snapdeal on 18/08/2014 and as company claim to deliver product within 7 day it has delivered product with in 7 day. But real game started after the delivery of the product made, the saree which i received first was of very cheap quality and as company claim to make easy return and even cash back also if complain is made within 7 days after shipment of product. As soon i received the product i made a complain regarding the product and from there i got a response reverse pick up will be arranged with in 48 hours and same thing has happened with shirt where one shirt was of very cheap quality and i filed complain against that too also and company has said same thing as of saree. but till now i have called company several times but still there is no such response for the company’s side and product is still lying with me (19/09/2014)

i want that company should return out its delivered product & pay back the cash. And also apologize to me for the same in written
