My order number was 28153448. The order was for kain formal shoes, colour black,size 7. Instead of that I got some third class sport shoes from some UP company called FLUX.. I need to get it replaced. I called their customer care executive. They told me to send this consignment back at my cost. They will provide credit point to me for further purchase but I am so unhappy by their attitude i have decided not to buy anything from this company in future. So the credit point makes no sense to me. Also on what assurance should I sent this part back. I did emailed to them to get any assurance from them at care@1000bestbuy.com. This email id is mentioned in their Website. even after 3 reminders, they have not given any response from their side in form of writing or by call. My complaint number was 1015
I want them to replace the shoes immediately with correct one.
