I, Jaganmoy Jodder a PSU employee of ONGC have had a terrible and bitter experience after I purchased a good from an electronic shop in Madhyamgram, Kolkata. Being a regular SONY customer, I have bought a 3D LED Sony W-800 A; thinking that I would enter a new world in Television enjoyment but soon after I bought the Television set all my enjoyment had turned to a curse and betrayal of two months constant nagging and insult as a customer. I was deeply harassed several instances while I had approached Khosla Electronics. I was given a OLD display Television set of Sony which was used for display purposes and that same thing was sold to us, this discrepancy was noticed while I visited the shop asking for the warranty card which was supposed to be attached to the TV box but was not delivered at my house with the TV. I immediately observed that the display screen was not in its place, later after asking the khosla personnel, I found out that they had given me the OLD display screen which is not expected as a customer, being a customer one would always want a product which is seal packed and brand new also the fact that you have paid an amount of near about 1lac for the same. I went on to talk with the manager but all my attempts went in vain.This incident has not only turned me down as customer but also demoralized me as an honest citizen of India who wishes for a better customer-vendor/shop relationship. Also if required I have some of their phone calls recorded in which they have bluffed us and abused SONY India. It is thereby my Kind request if you could kindly look into the matter and lodge this as a heinous crime to an honest citizen of India. I would be grateful to you if you kindly make an attempt to change the old TV set and ask SONY India for the same, since I believe in SONY as a brand and not in Khosla Electronics as a Vendor or third party. And finally I strongly believe in CONSUMER FORUM and its honesty. Kindly do the needful.

I sincerely want to a new Television set instead of an old used set which was used for display and demonstration purpose. As a customer one would also want its product to be in a better condition and hence prove its integrity as a product once the price is paid for the same. I also want that this experience which I have had with Khosla Electronics should not happen to anyone else in the coming days.
