My self saurav kumar(9891858120), purchased online shoes on 13 dec 13 from 100bestbuy but still they not giving product and not entertaining me , they always cut my phone…sometimes said delivered but not be able to give tracking id of courier and sometimes said that product not delivered,…I am really exhausted from this site, my money is blocked with this site…please do something….

I speeded more than 500 on phone call to them but they not responding, its a mental harrasment.I taken leave from my office for the resolution that costs more than 2000…they ruined my christmas and new year celebration everything.
