First of all, the complain is not for ‘Olacabs’,i do not found the brand name ‘TaxiForSure’,so put a relevant name to submit the complain.Please consider Brand as ‘TaxiForSure’. Booked Toyota Innova 7+1 AC booking No:TFS-IC-C789526? had a really bad experience.Cab was good,driver also a good person,but the main issue was the rate.At the time of booking it was Rs 12 per Km,but they increased the price(Rs 14 per Km) just before started the journey and not intimated me.They just say SORRY,but i had paid extra 3280/-.I posted my experience in social networking site ‘Facebook'(www.facebook.com),as a reply they just say ‘Sorry’. Please let me know how can i complain against them.
Paid extra 3280/- and standing outside in cold for hour long discussion on phone with different representatives from TaxiForSure. ——————————————- Fare Breakup: ——————————————– total distance traveled 1640 KM Driver charge ;per day 250/- (booked for 6 days) 1640 x 12 = 19680 ***(1640 X 14 = 22960)*** 250 X 6 = 1500 State Tax = 1600 (other state vehicle permit) —————— Total 21180 But due to increase in fare i paid for fare Rs.24460 (other charges same,so total 26060),3280/- extra
Need compensation and some punishment to the service provider.
