100bestbuy – Refund money they didn’t respond.

I have ordered 5Shirts pack from 100bestbuy.com and they debited 1103.00 from my credit card. after few days i am chasing for delivery and they told that your order will be cancel due to courier issue and we will refund your money. after some days again i called them, they told that your refund amount shows as credit point on our website you can do shopping from them. now interesting thing is that when i try to shop from my credit point they allow me only 10% to 15% of credit point. (i.e. if i have credit line of 1000.00 and i am try to shopping of 900.00, they allow me only 100.00 to 150.00 from my credit, rest i have to pay again) for this issue again i called to customer care, but they first said me that you can use use 40% of credit, second time they didn’t clear this 40% terms. they said its varied from product to product. i requested to them for refund my entire credit. but they said that that is not possible. numbers of time i called them & emailed but didn’t give any response. after my issue i just search for this website & found numbers of other person are cheated by this website. i am just stuck my 1103.00Rs. Almost one and half month passed but they didn’t respond.

i want to do any shopping from this site. i need my whole money back.
