100bestbuy – Sending the wrong product, cannot redeem credits

I had made a purchase from 100bestbuy (Ref no 27610435), Didn’t like the quality of the product since it was very different to what was promised and hence decided to return it back, I couriered it via speed post (EM946696600IN) on the address mentioned on the website Firstly, there was no one to take the delivery of the product and the article tracking showed me that the addressee was absent, hence I had to finally call up the customer service desk. After being queued in call for 30 mins, I finally got through a customer service representative The customer service representative lacked basic courtesy and was busy mingling with his colleagues and laughing while I was addressing the issue, he did not even believe in being courteous enough to acknowledge what I was trying to say, finally he decided to abruptly hang up the phone by saying “We will get back to you if we get the parcel” in a very rude derogatory tone This however is not where the buck stops. I kept on receiving auto generated mails to my complains a clear evidence of the fact that this company does not really believe in redressing customer grievances Such lack of customer service bought me to the decision that I would not like to make any purchase from this website and hence requested them to please refund me my money back. To which they replied that they cannot refund the amount and they can only add credits to my account, I accepted The courier charges I had incurred to send the product to you was Rs 135/- which makes it a sum total expense of Rs 1346/- (1211/- product charge + 135/- courier charge) And now after finally receiving the product they added credits worth 1311/- on my account( I had asked for a refund though), when I go to purchase an item, the website does not give me the option to confirm the order using my credits and directly takes me to the payment gateway, which implies that I cannot use my credits and I have to pay for this purchase, so what do I do with these credits? To top it all, after writing this in mail, the team chooses to ignore the matter and not reply and still chooses to send promotional mails in response to my mails I request you to please look into this matter

I want my money back and need to be compensated for all the time and effort I have spent and the trauma I have had to face due to them I also demand that the service team calls me address this matter
