I have ordered for 3 assorted rangmanch assorted Multicolor Kainaz, but i recvd 3 cheap transparent material only top which costs only 100rs on 13th march2014. I paid 800 rs which was worthless and the one which i oredered was no this, even your executive have assyred me that i will receive 3 ready made dresses with chudidhars and dupattas, as in the picture. But it turned to be a totally fraud items. I just want my money back. please revert back to me. I have called twice to the customer care, no proper response, one executive says the courier person will come and collect the items and my money will be recvd after 4-5 days in my account,,,, then another executive says that my money will not be refunded i have to buy any other items, when i was speaking with both the executives,both of them cut the call,,, I did a great mistake in shopping with you people for the first time, who dont know the proper meaning of service,,,, I need a response from their side.

I want my money back of rs 800, they have charged me 699 for the dresses and 100 fro shipping charges,,, so total 800 to be refunded
