I ordered three Koutons Straight fit Trousers Pack of 3 (Assorted Color) (size 34) online on 23/04/2014 (Vide order no 30094610) for Rs.1500/- . I received the products on 14/5/2014 but the size of all trousers is 32 and all are Black. I instantly informed them over phone and they promised they would changed the product within 7 days. They told that their representative will pick up the wrong product. But none has attend us. I called them several time but now they are ignoring my calls. I send email them but they have not replied.

I want the wrong product should be changed with size 34 and the color of trouser must be different as shown in the product menu in their site.
