i have a lifeinsurance policy on my wifes name ( policy no 452179607 ) with an annual premium of 10000 Rs which was done 2007. when i paid third premium i was informed that initially 2 policy were done, the another policy with 5000 Rs premium 6 monthly(no 453559932), of which i had not recieved any document
I made a complaint in max after which i recieved the policy document with my wifes signature forged on it
then i gave the application to cancel the second policy as it was within a free look period. The complaind was made in jan 2010 but no action has been taken till now. i have the copy of the complaints
