247x7fresh.in – No Service / No Refund

On July 16th 2016, I made a payment of 13932.00 INR to 247x7fresh.in via PAYTM using my HDFC Bank Net Banking for monthly milk subscription. For the initial few days milk was delivered on regular basis but later they stopped delivering milk. When I tried to reach out the customer care number, I never got a proper response. After I tweeted on their twitter page, they replied that my remaining amount has been refunded and I need to contact PAYTM regarding the same. I contacted Paytm but they said that so such refund was received from 247xfresh.in (RUDRAKSH E-COMMERCE).

I am very much frustrated with all these consequences and mentally harassed. I need the complete reimbursement.
