24x7fresh.in – Online Shopping Review

dear sir, I had placed order ID: 2027 for supply of 1 dozen Alphonso mangoes n with Mangoesfresh.com by making an online payment of Rs. 989/- on 16th May 2015 using my HSBC credit card. I was promised that supply would be made within 7-10 days’ time. When I did not receive mangoes even after 15 days, I contacted the mobile phone no. given in the website when I was told that there was shortage of mangoes and the same would be delivered within 14th June 2015. When I did not receive mangoes even by 14th June, I tried to contact the mobile no., but it was switched off. So I sent an email giving all details to the email ID given in the website. I got a reply from Mr. Randhir Kumar, CEO, Mangoesfresh.com stating that he was sorry and the mangoes would be delivered within a week’s time and that he could be contacted on land line no. 0120-4230413 and address given below: Randhir kumar CEO Mangoesfresh.com 24x7fresh.in | B-67, Second Floor, Sec 63 Noida-201303 | Tel- 0120 4230413 www.facebook.com/24x7fresh” When this also did not materialise, I sent more than 15 emails to them for refunding Rs. 989/- paid by me to my savings bank account giving all necessary account details, but in vain. But over phone they are just assuring me that refund is under process and the amount would be credited to my bank account. Hence I would request you kindly to take strict action against the firm.
