I have taken Aviva Ulip policy bearing no. REG 1650208 for Rs.15000/-premium per year as on july 2007 from their Channel partner INDSUND BANK ,Kanpur.That time Company agent commited me that you have to deposit premium only for Three Years and after that you can withdraw your ammount with growth without any deduction.I have paid premium for three years and after that when went to Aviva’s Kanpur Branch for withdrawl my amount I was surprised to know that My current value was 35000 Aprox. but i will get only 24000/approx after three years due to 28% deduction charges . I had lodged the complaint to Company head office on 11 Aug 2010 but regretfully i have to say ,they refused my request to consider and credit 28% heavy deduction charges vide letter dated 17 Aug 2010. I think Its fraud from customers because companies Agents are misguiding and hiding some important detail from the customers.So I am bringing this fraud in your notice and you are requested Kindly Instruct to Aviva Life Insurance to stop injustice from customers.and arrange my complete amount without any deduction charges.Thanking you ,–yours sincerely -Pradeep Kumar Saxena
