we had purchased bridgestone inova tubeless tyre from madhok tyres. one of the tyre leaked from the side, after driving just 400 kms approx.
we had returned the tyre to m/s madhok tyres, sharaba nagar. they checked the tyre & confirmed that the tyre had side leakage, which is covered in warranty. we had also sent the same complaint to senior people of bridgestone company. this irritated the local bridgestone people & owner of madhok tyres. then they called us & specifically told us due to our complaint to senior people of bridgestone, ur complaint will now not be entertained. if we had not done so, they wud have changed the tyre. sir pl lodge our complaint & get the justice for us. we shall be highly obliged for ur kind co-operation.
